Mediaground is a digital media agency. This Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your choices when you visit our website(s) and use our services (the “Site” and “Services”).

1) Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact & business details (name, email, phone, company, role), messages, form entries, files you upload, testimonials.
- Billing details necessary to process payments (handled by our payment processors—we do not store full card numbers).
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/ promotional purposes
Information collected automatically
- Device/usage data: IP address, pages viewed, time on page, referrer, browser and device type, approximate location (derived from IP), and basic event data used to understand Site performance.
From third parties
- We use Google Analytics (GA4) to help us understand aggregate Site usage patterns (see Section 3).
2) How We Use Information
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site and Services.
- Respond to inquiries, proposals, quotes, and support requests.
- Analyze aggregate usage and performance (e.g., which pages are most visited).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We keep tracking simple. We use:

Email marketing: If you receive any marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.
9) Children’s Privacy
Our Site and Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
10) Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before providing data.

- Rights: access, correct, delete, and opt-out of sale/share (not applicable here), plus non-discrimination.
